Many of my designs are packed full of meaning and if you are looking for a card and/or gift with Switzerland as a location there are lots to choose from. This Swiss Chalet Souvenir on a greeting card is very popular.

For example it has been used by a Swiss-based coach to thank all those who spoke at her online summit.

It has also been used by an International company who hosted the annual conference in Switzerland and wanted to gift something that reminded their fellow colleagues of Switzerland.

This card was adapted for a coaching programme called the "Grow Mastermind" as the flowers represented the growth element of the programmed perfectly. The card was personalised with each participants name.

This can be a resin decoration, vinyl stickers, key-chains, greeting card or a magnetic bookmark.

To the left is a star decoration created for a brewery in France who had a really fun brand based around stars.

They wanted a Christmas gift for their loyal customers but not something with their logo as they already had branded beer mats, bottle openers etc.

They wanted something more unique and less PR like but still in keeping with their branding.

I created these star decorations as a gift of appreciation, kept the brand colours and only made a limited amount of them.

What's the minimum order?

This varies from product to product and also depends on the materials used. Below is a rough guide, please get in touch for more details.

What is the price?

This varies from product to product and for the amount you need.

The price has two components - the bespoke design work and the making of the product.

The more you order the lower the unit price. However, the initial cost is quoted as a whole, not per unit price.

Can I request something that isn't in your shop?

Yes, I can also source other products. It's always fun trying something new.

What is the turnaround time?

This depends on the product and the time of year.

From September to December the production times are much longer due to longer waits at suppliers.

If you need your items sooner look towards these items which have a shorter manufacturing time. (approx. 3 weeks after the design is finalised)

When should I get in touch about Christmas gifts?

Now! I'm happy to discuss corporate and bespoke Christmas cards and gifts all year around.

Most of my clients get in touch about Christmas in July with the view to order products by September to give lots of time for production, delivery and for you to prepare them for your clients.

How do I order bespoke cards and gifts?

  1. Get in touch! Email me at judith(at)deerandsparrow.com with what product you are interested in or your idea. There's a contact box at the bottom of this page. 
  2. Initial Discussion: We will meet online to discuss the idea further.
  3. Initial Ideas Phase: After the discussion I will email a few quick sketches ( of the ideas and an initial quote.
  4. Place order: If we are both happy to proceed I will provide a final quote. A 50% non refundable deposit is required to confirm the order and to move forward with the process. 
  5. If the product includes an illustration or design element I will create two designs based on our previous discussions and feedback. These designs will be provided electronically with three rounds of changes are included for your design of choice. If the product is resin based I will provide photographs of colour samples electronically. 
  6. Once the design is confirmed I will start to make the product and confirm the presentation options. 
  7. Once complete your order is posted to you using tracked delivery with Swiss Post & the remaining payment is due. 

 

 

Terms and Conditions:

  1. All bespoke corporate gift orders are subject to availability. 
  2. Minimum order on Dynamic Cards & Gifts - 25
  3. Prices are exclusive of VAT
  4. A non refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins on the final designs. The remaining amount is due 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon.
  5. Payment is only possible by bank transfer
  6. Returns or exchanges are not available for bespoke corporate gift orders, unless due to a manufacturing defect.
  7. Deer and Sparrow holds no responsibility for any damage or loss incurred during shipping.
  8. Any changes or cancellations to a design must be made in writing and within 48 hours of placing the order.
  9. Your chosen design includes three rounds of design changes, further changes are possible but will incur additional fees. They are charged per 30 minutes at a rate of Sfr. 40.- per hour.
  10. Design proofs are sent electronically. Physical samples are possible but do incur an additional charge and will result in a longer processing time. 
  11. All designs and sketches generated during this process belong to Judith Cupples Deer and Sparrow with all rights reserved. 
  12. If the bespoke design includes a custom illustration it is possible to purchase a license for exclusive use.
